Adam Blowers

Adam Blowers has extensive work experience in financial management and administration. Adam currently serves as the Deputy Chief Financial Officer at MRB Group Engineering, Architecture & Surveying, D.P.C. since February 2022. Prior to this role, they held various positions at the City of Geneva including Assistant City Manager, Comptroller, Acting City Manager, and Deputy Comptroller from 2010 to February 2022. In these roles, they managed the financials for the city, developed annual budgets, oversaw financial audits, handled property tax and water/sewer billing, managed accounts receivable and payable, handled purchasing and fixed assets, managed payroll, negotiated contracts, and more. Adam also served as the Chief Financial Officer for the City of Geneva's Industrial Development Agency and Local Development Corporation and held voting board membership on the Revolving Loan Fund Committee and the Business Improvement District. Prior to their work at the City of Geneva, they worked as an Accountant at Phelps Sungas from May 2009 to May 2010.

Adam Blowers completed their education with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Management with a Concentration in Accounting from Keuka College, from 2007 to 2009. Before that, they obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Accounting from Finger Lakes Community College, from 2004 to 2006.
