Chris Shafer

Chris Shafer is a Product Strategist and UX Lead at MResult since June 2019, where Chris supports new product and service development. Prior to this role, Chris served as a Product Owner at Travelers from July 2016 to June 2019, focusing on digital marketing and web channel management. Their experience also includes serving as Head of Product at Vindicet LLC and User Experience Lead at Acsys Inc/Primacy, Aetna, and Modemmedia. Chris holds a BFA in Illustration from Rhode Island School of Design and has completed graduate coursework in Human Computer Interaction at Pratt Institute.
