Tshepiso Lekgoa

Tshepiso Lekgoa has a strong background in contact center operations, starting as a Call Center Representative and progressing to becoming the Team Leader Contact Centre at MRI Botswana Ltd. Prior to this, interned at Botswana Telecommunications Corporation and worked as a Direct Sales Agent at Barclays Bank of Botswana. Tshepiso holds a Certificate in Long Term Insurance from Insurance Academy of Botswana, as well as an Honours Degree in Marketing Management from Anglia Ruskin University and an Advanced Diploma in Marketing/Marketing Management from ABM University College.
