Joe Ciotoli has a wealth of experience in research and insights, mainly focusing on customer experience. Joe is currently serving as the Director of Digital Ops at MRI-Simmons, a position they have held since April 2021. Joe Ciotoli earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a concentration in Marketing and Finance from the University of Pennsylvania from 1988 to 1991.
