Monica De Agostino, MBA, SPHR, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources management, focusing on total rewards and HR information systems. Currently serving as the Director of Total Rewards & HRIS at MRIGlobal since January 2019, Monica leads the development and implementation of HR programs encompassing benefits and compensation.
