Bassam Kakish

Bassam Kakish has extensive experience in the field of Total Rewards and HRIS. Bassam is currently the Director of Total Rewards & HRIS at Mirion since October 2023. Prior to that, from August 2021 to October 2023, Bassam worked as the Managing Director of Total Rewards at CITY Furniture. Bassam also has a strong background in HRIS, Compensation, and Benefits as they worked in various roles at Del Monte Fresh Produce N.A., Inc from November 2014 to August 2021. These roles include Senior Manager of HRIS, Compensation, and Benefits, Manager of HRIS & Compensation, Compensation Manager, Senior Benefits Analyst, Benefits Analyst, and HR Intern.

Bassam Kakish obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics & Business Management from the University of Miami between the years 2009 and 2014.
