Rich Masino

Rich Masino M.S. has a significant amount of work experience in the biotech and life sciences industry. Rich started their career in 1988 at Molecular Devices as a Product Development Scientist. Rich then moved on to Affymetrix in 1991, where they held the role of Product Development Scientist for six years. In 1997, they joined Stratagene (Agilent Technologies) as an Account Manager. Rich continued their career at Life Technologies in 1999, initially as an Account Manager and then as the North American OEM Business Development Manager. In 2006, Rich Masino joined NextPharma as the Vice President of Sales and Business Development, North America, where they stayed until 2014. In 2014, they founded iCONNECT BIOTECH, LLC and served as the Founder until 2015. Currently, they are employed at MRIGlobal as the Senior Director and Global Head of Business Development for Global Health Surveillance and Diagnostics, a position they have held since 2016.

Rich Masino M.S. obtained their Master of Science degree in Business and Technology Management from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School in 1995. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Molecular Biology at San Jose State University between 1982 and 1987. Rich Masino also attended Bellarmine College Preparatory from 1978 to 1982 for their high school education.
