Surendra Malandkar

Surendra Malandkar has a diverse and extensive work experience in the engineering and project management field. Surendra currently holds the position of Project Head at MRL Tyres Limited. Prior to this, they worked at Ceat Specialty Tyres Ltd as the General Manager-Projects and Senior Manager - Projects. Surendra also held positions at Balkrishna Industries Ltd as the Asst. General Manager - Projects and Senior Manager Projects. Before that, they worked at Oriental Rubber Industries Ltd as the Manager Engg and at Garware Bestretch Limited as the Senior Manager Engineering. Surendra started their career at Ceat Limited as an Assistant Manager Engg and began their professional journey at Voltas Limited as a Trainee Engineer.

Surendra Malandkar completed their education in two stages. In 1982, they obtained a National Merit Scholarship from the Government of Maharashtra - Education & Employment Department. Following this, they attended VJTI Mumbai from 1982 to 1986, where they earned an Engineer's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Several years later, in 2012, Surendra Malandkar enrolled at Ulyanovsk State University for a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Project Management. Surendra completed this program in 2013.
