Constantin-Cristian Serghe

Constantin-Cristian Serghe is a seasoned QA professional with extensive experience in leading and managing quality assurance processes across various projects and industries, particularly in e-commerce and fintech. Currently serving as QA Team Lead at MRM since April 2019, Constantin-Cristian oversees a team of 15 testers, drives project testing performance, and acts as the primary point of contact for QA discussions with clients. Previous roles include Senior QA Software Tester for a major food and drink multinational, QA Engineer at Softelligence, and Senior Software Tester at SIVECO Romania, where responsibilities encompassed software testing standards, test strategy implementation, and extensive use of various testing tools. An alumnus of Universitatea Artifex Bucuresti, Constantin-Cristian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Marketing Management.
