Mark Imming

Mark Imming, CISM, has over 30 years of experience in the field of information security. Mark currently serves as the Director of IT Security at MRO, where they oversee the company's IT security operations. Prior to their current role, Mark worked as the Information Security Manager at MRO and was responsible for implementing and managing the company's information security measures.

Before joining MRO, Mark worked at TD as an Information Security Specialist, where they conducted third-party risk assessments for Tier 1 vendors of TD Bank and enhanced TD's Third Party Risk Management process. Mark also worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a VP and Information Risk Manager, where they performed IT security assessments and reviewed client contracts to ensure the inclusion of appropriate information security requirements. Mark also managed risk findings to reduce the company's risk exposure and improved third-party risk management procedures.

Additionally, Mark has served in various information security roles at NCO Financial Systems, Wilmington Finance, Automated Financial Systems, Inc., and IBM. Their responsibilities in these roles ranged from leading information security analysis to providing technical sales support and project management for IT systems.
