Karoline Elsmann

Karoline Elsmann has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Karoline is currently working at Mrs.Sporty GmbH as the Head of People & Culture since January 2022, and prior to that, they held the position of HR-Generalist at the same company from November 2020 to January 2022.

Before joining Mrs.Sporty GmbH, Karoline worked as a Referentin Personalmarketing at Deutsche Bahn from April 2020 to November 2020. Prior to that, they were the Personalmarketing Managerin at Vogel Corporate Media GmbH from October 2019 to March 2020.

From October 2018 to September 2019, they held the role of HR-Generalist at Medical Hair Company. Before that, they worked at Chapati Design as the Marketing Manager / Außenhandelskorrespondentin from February 2017 to September 2018. In this role, they were responsible for marketing development, social media/webshop, and handling wholesale transactions. Karoline also served as the point of contact for both wholesale and retail customers.

Earlier in their career, Karoline worked as a Werkstudent Personal at Seniorenstiftung Prenzlauer Berg from September 2016 to December 2016. Karoline also worked at Claire's as a Sales Service Manager from February 2014 to September 2016, where they led a "Shop in Shop" store and was responsible for customer consultation and care. Additionally, they briefly worked as a Recruiter at TEMPTON from February 2014 to May 2014.

Karoline Elsmann completed their Bachelor of Laws - LLB degree in Wirtschaftsrecht at Westfälische Hoschule Recklinghausen from 2011 to 2016.
