Firdayanti Anjas

Firdayanti Anjas is an experienced professional with a background in employee engagement, project management, and human resources. Currently serving as an Employee Engagement Specialist at PT. MRT Jakarta since February 2022, Firdayanti also holds roles in contract management and HR support, where responsibilities include document control, employee scheduling, and Covid-19 secretariat duties. Prior experience includes positions as Project Supervisor at PT Harda Esa Raksa and Office Manager & Marketing at 3V Consultant, as well as HR Administrator at Indosat Ooredoo, where responsibilities included recruitment coordination and administrative support. Firdayanti's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations/Image Management from Universitas Mercu Buana and a diploma in Business Administration and Management from Politeknik Negeri Jakarta.
