Kukuh Harisapto

Kukuh Harisapto's work experience includes their role as the Head of AFC Maintenance Section at PT. MRT Jakarta since July 2022. Kukuh is responsible for leading the Ticketing Maintenance Team and ensuring the company has appropriate business systems solutions. Prior to this, they served as an AFC System Specialist at PT. MRT Jakarta from September 2019 to July 2022. In this role, they were responsible for charting the strategic maintenance of ticketing hardware equipment and IT infrastructure. Kukuh also worked as an Information Technology Infrastructure Specialist at PT. MRT Jakarta from February 2019 to September 2019, where they were involved in network access design and operational readiness of the ticketing system. Before joining PT. MRT Jakarta, Kukuh Harisapto worked as a Senior System Engineer at OTO Group from September 2014 to March 2019, where they ensured the smooth functioning of daily processes related to data center and IT infrastructure. Kukuh also gained experience as an IT Infrastructure Development Officer at the Indonesia Stock Exchange from April 2013 to August 2014. Additionally, they completed an internship at Id-SIRTII / CC from August 2012 to January 2013.

Kukuh Harisapto's education history begins in 2009, when they enrolled at BINUS University to pursue a Bachelor of Computer Science with the Cisco Networking Academy Program. Kukuh completed their degree in 2013.

In 2023, Kukuh Harisapto furthered their education by enrolling at BINUS University once again, this time for a Master of Engineering in Industrial Engineering. Kukuh completed this degree in 2024.

In addition to their formal education, Kukuh Harisapto has obtained several certifications. In 2021, they became a certified Cyber Security Analyst for the Public Sector, a qualification awarded by the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology of the Republic of Indonesia. Kukuh also obtained the PRINCE2® Foundation Certification Training from AXELOS Global Best Practice in the same year.

In 2022, Kukuh Harisapto earned the ISO 27001 Lead Implementer - Information Security Certification from the British Standard Institutions.

Kukuh'smost recent certifications include the Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) from EC-Council, obtained in October 2023, and the NetApp Certified Data Administrator, ONTAP (NCDA ONTAP) from NetApp, earned in August 2017.
