Damaris Hastiti Misdyaweni, S.Pd., M.Pd. has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Damaris Hastiti started their career as a Learning and Development Analyst at Tudung Group in 2014, where they conducted comprehensive needs assessments and identified skill gaps for training purposes. In 2017, they joined PT. MRT Jakarta as a Senior Training and Development Specialist, where they conceptualized and executed the MRT Development Program to enhance competencies for technical and non-technical staff. Damaris was later promoted to the position of Learning and Development Department Head at PT. MRT Jakarta, where they introduced innovative initiatives such as the Training Acceleration Program to identify and nurture high-potential employees for leadership roles.

Damaris Hastiti Misdyaweni, S.Pd., M.Pd. obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Educational Technology from the State University of Jakarta (Universitas Negeri Jakarta) from 2008 to 2014. Damaris Hastiti then pursued a Master's Degree in Educational Technology from Universitas Pelita Harapan from 2015 to 2017.

In addition to their academic degrees, Damaris also holds several certifications. Damaris Hastiti obtained the Certified Learning and Development Manager certification from the Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi (BNSP) in July 2023. In March 2022, they obtained the Certified Human Resources Professional certification from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia. Damaris Hastiti also holds the Certified Human Resources Management Manager certification from BNSP, obtained in December 2019. Damaris earned the Integrated Human Resources Management System certification from Korn Ferry Indonesia in August 2019. Prior to that, in January 2018, they completed the Counterpart Training for Jakarta MRT Project conducted by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA). In August 2016, they obtained the Coaching Counseling Effectively certification from Peoplesight Group and the Managing People Effectively certification from Peoplesight Learning Center. Damaris also holds the Executive Education of Evaluating Training Program certification from PPM Manajemen, obtained in October 2015, and the Training for Trainer certification from Synergis Training & Consulting, obtained in April 2015.
