Sari Tua Roy Nababan

Sari Tua Roy Nababan has diverse work experience in the field of health, safety, and environmental (HSE). They are currently working as the Department Head of Safety Health Environmental at PT. MRT Jakarta since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Chevron as a Drilling HES Consultant from December 2014 to December 2022. In this role, they focused on supporting safe drilling operations and ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations. Before that, they served as a Sr. HSE Supervisor at BPI for BP Tangguh from September 2013 to November 2014. They also held positions as Supervisor, HSE at PT. Indomining from September 2012 to August 2013 and Officer, Safety at PT Thiess Contractors Indonesia from March 2011 to August 2012. Their early work experience includes an internship as a Student at PT. PAMAPERSADA NUSANTARA in May 2010 to August 2010, where they conducted measurements for illumination and heat stress in the workplace.

Sari Tua Roy Nababan has a strong educational background in the field of Occupational Health and Safety. In 2011, Sari obtained a Bachelor's degree in Public Health with a specialization in Occupational Health and Safety from the University of Indonesia. Building on this foundation, Sari went on to pursue a Magister degree in Occupational Health and Safety from the same university, which was completed in 2021.

In addition to their formal education, Sari has obtained numerous certifications and additional qualifications throughout their career. These include certifications such as Fire Safety Management (FSM) from IFSMA- Fire Safety College in 2023, ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certification from BSI in 2023, and Certified Risk Management Officer Level II from Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesi Manajemen Risiko (LSPMR) in 2019.

Sari has also participated in various training programs, including Developing Communication Standard & Attitude from Garuda Indonesia Training Center in 2019, Supervisory Development Program Based on P-D-C-A from Precena Strategic Partners Pte. Ltd. in 2019, and Petugas Pertolongan Pertama Pada Kecelakaan (P3K) from Kementerian Tenaga Kerja & Transmigrasi in 2019.

Moreover, Sari has acquired expertise in specific areas such as Fire Safety Expert (Ahli K3 Kebakaran) from the Kementerian Tenaga Kerja & Transmigrasi in 2018, Emergency Response & Emergency Management from Civil Defense of Singapore in 2018, and Industrial Hygiene Expert - Supervisor Level (Higiene Industri Madya - HIMA) from BNSP in 2016.
