Tanika Syafira Marsha

Tanika Syafira Marsha is an accomplished professional with a strong background in stakeholder engagement and service recovery, currently serving as a Stakeholder Handling and Service Recovery Specialist at PT. MRT Jakarta since February 2023. Previously, Tanika held the position of Community Engagement Development Specialist at the same company and worked as an Executive Officer at ITS Indonesia from May 2021 to February 2023. Tanika also gained experience as a Government & External Relations Intern at PT. MRT Jakarta and led the Radha Sarisha Dance Community as President from January 2018 to January 2021, where responsibilities included coordination of activities and public relations. Additional roles have included a Research Enumerator, Dance Team Coordinator, and various leadership positions in dance-related events. Tanika holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from the University of Indonesia, completed in 2021.
