Catherine Gordon

Catherine has 20 years of sales strategy and development experience as a founder of DMS, a logistics software company where, as Director of Operations & Finance she supported 62 acquisitions and integrations across 3 continents and a NASDAQ IPO. She spent 9 years at Oce managing large operational restructuring projects for Fortune 500 companies, generating over $100 million in new business contracts. She was the Head of Sales and Operations for an online retailer, GraduationSource; an Inc 500 company – one of the fastest growing private companies in the US. Most recently, she was the Director of Business and Sales Operations for MindBody. Catherine has a Six-Sigma Green Belt and a Masters from Harvard University.
