Matthew Castillo

Matthew Castillo is an experienced civil engineer specializing in wastewater treatment and phosphorus compliance. Currently serving as a Project Manager at MSA Professional Services since November 2014, Castillo has also held roles as Senior Project Engineer and Project Engineer, focusing on wastewater facility design, treatment system analysis, and the preparation of technical reports. Prior to this role, Castillo worked at Aqua-Aerobic Systems, Inc. from June 2005 to October 2014, where responsibilities included conducting filter pilot studies, technical report writing, and wastewater treatment process modeling.
