Lina Karlsson

Lina Karlsson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical writing and product management. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Writer at MSAB since January 2023, Lina previously held the role of Senior Product Content Owner at Calabrio, Inc., where collaboration with product owners and development teams focused on creating help content and managing product analytics software. Prior to Calabrio, Lina worked at Teleopti for nearly a decade in various capacities, including Technical Writer, People Manager, and Product Owner, where responsibilities included refining product roadmaps and managing development backlogs. Earlier career experience includes positions at STT Condigi, handling both product ownership and technical writing, as well as technical support roles. Lina holds a Master's degree in Cognitive Science from Umeå University, completed in 2003.
