M. Catherine Walker is an accomplished educational professional with extensive experience in talent development and instructional design. Currently serving as an Executive Facilitator at MSBCoach and a Content Developer and Instructional Designer at Learn Ethos, LLC, M. Catherine focuses on creating leadership development eLearning modules. Previous roles include Senior Talent Development Generalist at Virginia Housing, where expertise was provided in developing in-house learning programs, and Director/Senior Manager at CFA Institute, where M. Catherine revitalized leadership development initiatives and established a high potential program. M. Catherine's career also includes significant contributions as Director of Training and Development at Buckman Laboratories, where a world-class corporate university was instituted. M. Catherine holds a Master’s degree in Instructional Design and Technology from The University of Memphis and multiple Bachelor of Arts degrees in English Language and Literature from Virginia Commonwealth University.
