Starting out at NYK Shipmanagement PTE LTD, Joe Ryan worked as the Chief Documentation/Crewing Officer before moving on to Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. where Joe Ryan held the position of Global Talent Acquisition in Human Resources. Currently, Joe Ryan is the Crew Area Manager - Asia at MSC Cruises. Joe Ryan Rayos graduated from the University of Saint Loius with a Bachelor of Science in Financial Management in 2007.
