Akos Janza

Akos Janza is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational management and enterprise transformation, currently serving as Managing Director and Global Head of Offices at MSCI Inc. since October 2009. Akos has held various leadership roles, including HR AI Transformation Lead and Head of Operational Management, and has led the Budapest Office. Prior to MSCI, Akos was a Senior Manager at EPAM Systems and held project management roles at Die Mobiliar. Akos commenced the professional journey with traineeships at Raiffeisen Bank Hungary and AIESEC. Academic qualifications include an MBA from Purdue University and Central European University, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Finance & Controlling from MUTF.
