Peter Shepard

Peter Shepard is currently the Head of Analytics Research & Product Development at MSCI. Peter has been with the company for over 10 years, starting as a Senior Associate in 2007. Peter was promoted to Vice President in 2008 and Executive Director in 2012. In their current role, Peter is responsible for leading a team of analysts that provide research and development support for MSCI’s products and services.

Peter has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley. Peter also has a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.

Peter Shepard completed their undergraduate studies at Brown University, where they earned a BS in Physics and Mathematics. Peter then went on to complete their MA and PhD in Physics at UC Berkeley.
