Todd Phillips

Todd Phillips is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Indigenous engagement and reconciliation. Currently serving as the National Indigenous Engagement Manager at KBR, Inc. since May 2022, Todd is also a member of the City of Sydney’s Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Advisory Panel and holds several directorship and advisory roles, including Director at Deadly Coders and Advisor at The University of Notre Dame Australia. Todd’s expertise extends to partnerships with major organizations such as Lion, MSD Australia & New Zealand, and Medtronic, focusing on developing reconciliation action plans. With a robust academic background including a PhD in Education and various management and business qualifications, Todd is dedicated to fostering sustainable relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
