Rick Nagy

Rick Nagy serves as a Laserfiche Business Analyst at Spectrum Staffing Services since July 2024, focusing on business analysis, development, integration, testing, and consulting. Previously, Rick worked as a Business Analyst for Content Management Systems at MSIG Holdings (U.S.A.), Inc., where responsibilities included enhancing existing processes and creating workflows and business process integrations. From August 2018 to March 2023, Rick held the position of Software Developer for Laserfiche and Visual Data at the Dallas Independent School District, overseeing Laserfiche development and administration for over 230 schools and central service departments. Earlier, Rick contributed to NorthStar Financial Services Group, LLC as an IT Software Specialist, constructing workflows and Business Process Models that resulted in significant cost and time savings. Rick holds multiple degrees in Information Technology Management, Computer Science, and Software Engineering from Colorado Technical University and a web development certification from Zero To Mastery Academy.
