Lalita Suwanarat

Lalita Suwanarat has a strong background in legal and compliance, with over 20 years of experience in the field. Lalita started their career as a lawyer at Natee International Law Office Ltd. in 1996, then moved on to work as a corporate lawyer at Asia Broadcasting and Communications Network Limited in 1997. In 1998, they joined Pacific Legal Group Law Office as a lawyer before transitioning to a role at Allianz Ayudhya Assurance in 1999. At Allianz, Lalita served as the Vice President of Legal & Compliance, where they were responsible for identifying and monitoring legal and compliance issues, reviewing internal practices, and conducting compliance-related investigatory work. In 2012, they joined MSIG Insurance (Thailand) Public Company Limited as the Head of Compliance & Legal, and Company Secretary, leading a team and overseeing all legal and compliance activities.

Lalita Suwanarat pursued their LLB in Business Law from Assumption University from 1992 to 1996. After that, they went on to complete an MBA in Business Administration from the same university, graduating between 2008 and 2010.
