Prior to that, they worked as the Treaty Manager at Hannover Re from 1999 to 2003. Earlier in their career, they served as Senior Officer, Planning & Development at Thanachart Insurance Company Limited from 1997 to 1999. Pawana T. started their career as a Management Trainee at Thanachart Finance & Securities PCL in 1996 and as an Account Officer at Siam City Factoring Co., Ltd. from 1993 to 1994.
Pawana T.'s education history begins in 1989 when they enrolled at Chulalongkorn University. Pawana pursued a Bachelor's degree in Bachelor of Science in Statistics and completed their studies in 1992. Following that, they attended Kent State University from 1994 to 1996, where they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance. Continuing their educational journey, Pawana T. enrolled at The Chartered Insurance Institute from 1998 to 2000 and earned an Associateship (ACII) degree in Insurance.
