Sarah Welch Aggarwal

Sarah Welch Aggarwal is an experienced professional in data science and analytics, currently serving as the Head of Data Science and Measurement at T&P𝑚 since September 2021. Prior to this role, Sarah held various positions at Data2Decisions, where the focus was on developing Marketing Mixed Models for large brands, and at Belmana Ltd, where public policy analysis was conducted for the UK government. Additional experience includes roles as an Analytics Intern at W2O Group and leadership positions as Co-Founder and Managing Director at Tatua Kenya and Co-Founder and Operations Director at Be the Change - Kenya. Sarah's early career involved customer care and field supervision in environmental projects. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Public Administration with a focus on Economic Policy Analysis from The London School of Economics and a Bachelor's in International Development from the University of California, Berkeley.
