Benjamin Grinspan

Benjamin Grinspan has a diverse work experience in the fields of cultural strategy, digital marketing, and brand consulting. Benjamin is currently working as the VP of Cultural Strategy at MSL (Global) since May 2023. Prior to this, they held various roles at sparks & honey, starting as a Cultural Strategist in February 2017 and progressing to become Director of Cultural Strategy in December 2019. Benjamin also worked as a Senior Cultural Strategist there from November 2018 to May 2023. Before sparks & honey, Benjamin was self-employed as a Digital Strategist and Brand Consultant from March 2016 to February 2017. Benjamin also had experience in academia, serving as a Course Facilitator and Guest Lecturer at Columbia University in the City of New York from September 2016 to December 2016. Additionally, they worked as a Strategy Associate at Verve Mobile from April 2016 to October 2016. Benjamin completed their Master of Science in Communications Practice from Columbia University in December 2015. Other relevant experiences include a role as a Strategy Resident at Deutsch, where they worked on strategic research for clients such as Sherwin-Williams, PNC, and Samsung. Benjamin also worked as a Digital Marketing Consultant at SOLO Realty Co. from March 2013 to August 2014 and as a Digital Marketing Assistant / Admin Coordinator at OLIN, a leading urban design and landscape architecture studios, from January 2011 to February 2013. Benjamin started their career as a Research Assistant and Outreach Coordinator at Drug Strategies from March 2010 to September 2010.

Benjamin Grinspan earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and French from Vassar College in 2009. Benjamin further pursued their education at Columbia University and completed a Master of Science degree in Communications Practice from 2014 to 2015.
