Ravi Ramharak

Ravi R. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, technology systems, and management within various industries. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Chief of M&A at MSP Corp since June 2020, Ravi R. leads the Mergers and Acquisitions department, focusing on team building and strategic development throughout the M&A life-cycle. Prior to MSP Corp, Ravi R. was Chief Information Officer at Mtek Digital from December 2012 to December 2019, where efforts were directed towards systems improvement and compliance. Ravi R. also co-founded Fluent Utilities, a natural gas and utility provider in Alberta, and Omega IT, a full-service IT managed services firm, successfully exiting to Mtek Digital.
