Sanyell McCall has over 15 years of work experience in various roles. Sanyell started their career as a Traffic & Programming Assistant at WTOK-TV from August 2004 to May 2006. Sanyell then joined Sinclair Broadcast Group as a Traffic Coordinator, where they managed relationships with sales, advertising agencies, and production to ensure the accurate scheduling and airing of local commercials and promotions for each advertiser. In 2008, Sanyell joined Intermark Group as an Assistant Media Buyer, where they facilitated correspondence between account managers and media buyers, supported automotive accounts across multiple markets, and became the lead buyer for print media. From 2009 to 2014, they worked as an Admissions Counselor at Virginia College, where they initiated correspondence with potential students and informed, recruited, and assessed prospects. From 2014 to 2016, Sanyell joined Mspark, initially as a Client Engagement Specialist, where they managed client relationships and guided small business owners through the advertising process. Later, they were promoted to Customer Experience Manager (National Accounts), where they coached team members on communication, organization, new policies, and problem-solving, and implemented strategies to improve client satisfaction. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong communication and organizational skills, adaptability to change, and a focus on client satisfaction.

Sanyell McCall obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from The University of Alabama between 2000 and 2004. Subsequently, between 2015 and 2017, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Educational Psychology from the same institution.
