Bob Czura has a wealth of experience in the banking industry, serving as Vice President at both M&T Bank and Dime Savings Bank. At M&T Bank, Bob successfully managed a team of Business Banking Relationship Managers to achieve various goals such as loan volume production and client retention. Bob provided leadership in developing new banking relationships, servicing existing clients, and maximizing sales efforts. Bob has a degree in Finance from Mercy University and recently retired after a successful career in the banking sector.
