Tobi Ajiboye

Tobi Ajiboye has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. From 2017 to 2019, Tobi worked as a Store Manager at Epiphany Studio, where they collaborated with executive leadership to define performance goals and develop projects aimed at improving store performance. From 2019 to 2020, Tobi served as a Customer Service Coordinator at Cobbler Union, contributing to the evaluation of customer experience and sales-related data to develop strategies for increasing sales and customer satisfaction. In 2020, Tobi joined American Income Life Insurance Company as a Supervisor, where they partnered with program administrators to outline objectives, sales goals, and key performance indicators. They conducted root cause analyses to identify sales associate pain points and implemented interventions to drive growth. From 2021 to 2022, Tobi worked as a Licensed Insurance Agent at e-TeleQuote Insurance Inc., collecting and evaluating qualitative data to identify patterns and trends that impacted client outcomes. Currently, Tobi is employed as an Inter Project Manager at Mt.
