Cheryl de Bie

Cheryl de Bie has a diverse work experience. Cheryl started their career as a Paralegal at MTA Solicitors in 2009, where they handled a portfolio of Claimant road traffic accident claims. Cheryl was responsible for managing claims from pre-litigation to final settlement, including entering judgments and taking enforcement action when necessary. In 2015, Cheryl was promoted to Operations Manager at MTA Solicitors, where they supervised and coordinated a team of 6 paralegals and focused on achieving departmental goals and personal growth within the company.

In 2016, Cheryl transitioned to the equestrian industry, joining Skyriding Saddle Consultants as a Saddle Consultant. In this role, they tested, fitted, and supplied quality flexible saddles. Cheryl visited customers, discussed their needs, and assessed their horses to determine the best saddle set up for each horse and rider combination.

Most recently, Cheryl worked as the Manager at Flexible Saddle Solutions, starting in 2018. Cheryl'smain responsibilities included providing excellent customer service and expertise on the fitting of treeless and flexible saddles for the benefit of horse and rider.

Throughout their career, Cheryl has demonstrated a strong commitment to customer service, management, and providing tailored solutions in both the legal and equestrian industries.

Cheryl de Bie completed their education with a Law degree from The City Law School, City University, graduating in 2009. Prior to that, they attended Bexley Grammar School from 1997 to 2004, where they focused on Government and Politics.
