Kelsey Fletcher

Kelsey Fletcher is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and customer insights across various industries. Currently serving as Head of Product at MTF Finance, Kelsey is focused on establishing a Product team, ensuring compliance with lending regulations, and supporting product innovation. Previous roles include Senior Product Manager at First AML, where Kelsey drove product development using Agile methodologies, and Global Voice of Customer Program Leader at Xero, overseeing strategies for customer engagement and performance measurement. Kelsey's earlier experience includes roles in digital marketing and customer loyalty at Fisher & Paykel Appliances, Ipsos, and Southern Cross Health Society, as well as a foundational career in journalism with Fairfax Media.
