Gonçalo da Cruz Silva

Gonçalo da Cruz Silva has over 15 years of experience in product management and leadership roles. Gonçalo is currently serving as the Director of Product at Zharta since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Product | Digital Subscriptions at Público from June 2021 to March 2022. Gonçalo also served as the Head of Product - Digital & E-commerce B2C at SIBS from January 2019 to June 2021. Gonçalo gained significant experience in product management at Portugal Telecom, where they held multiple roles including Head of Mobile Product - Youth Segment (MOCHE), Head of Services Product Management, Product Manager - Cloud Gaming and IT Support Services, Product Manager - Residential Fixed Broadband, and Trainee - Residential Fixed Broadband from 2007 to 2018.

Gonçalo da Cruz Silva pursued their education in a chronological manner, beginning with their Bachelor's Degree in Economics from ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management, which they completed between 2002 and 2007. Following this, they enrolled in The Lisbon MBA Católica | Nova and obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Marketing from 2011 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, they received a certification in UX-PM from UXalliance in July 2020.
