Lance Kirk

Lance, in his capacity as COO/CFO, is executive-in-charge of the finance, accounting, legal, facilities, infrastructure, and general operational functions. Since joining the organization in May of 2016, Lance has focused on transforming MTM, emphasizing cost rationalization, organizational structure, new business ventures & partnerships, acquisition analysis, and long-term planning: leveraging his 35+ years of financial, administrative, and operational management experience.Having worked in a wide range of industries including technology, consulting services, consumer products, energy, media and entertainment, healthcare, manufacturing, oil and gas, and engineering products, Lance brings significant transformation experience to MTM. During much of his career, Lance has focused on developing and managing all aspects of large-scale corporate transformational undertakings – generally leading to material corporate growth and/or restructuring. He has held numerous executive-level positions with both mid-sized and large companies (including MCA Universal, Sony Music, and PricewaterhouseCoopers). He has also spent almost half of his career advising a number of Fortune 1000 companies (including IBM, Verizon, Kraft Foods, AT&T, CVS, BP Amoco, and Mellon Bank) and large global public organizations (including the U.S. Marshal Service, AARP, the Department of Commerce and the United Nations).Lance holds an MBA in Accounting from New York University, and a Bachelor of Science degree, in Finance, from Seton Hall University, where he graduated summa cum laude and was Valedictorian of the School of Business. He is also a CPA in the State of New Jersey.
