Zach Vaninger

Zach Vaninger has a diverse and impressive work experience. Zach is currently working at MTM, Inc. as the Senior Director of Corporate Development. In this role, they lead strategic acquisitions and inorganic growth initiatives, supports integration of acquisitions, and assists with organic growth initiatives. Prior to this, Zach was the Director of Mergers & Acquisitions at MTM, where they were responsible for building an M&A process and executing strategic acquisitions. Zach also contributed to the company's financial success by adding over $450 million in annual revenue and $40 million in EBITDA through acquisitions. Zach also gained experience as an Instructor in Business Administration & Accounting at Jefferson College. In addition, Zach served as a Senior Corporate Development Analyst at Core & Main, where they were responsible for mergers & acquisitions valuation, due diligence, deal execution, and strategic planning. Zach added over $575 million in annual revenue and $74 million in EBITDA through acquisitions at Core & Main. Prior to that, Zach worked as a Consultant at RubinBrown LLP, where they conducted financial due diligence for middle-market transactions. Zach was also involved in recruitment and training of new staff members. Zach began their career as an Intern at RubinBrown LLP. Zach Vaninger is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Business Administration (Accounting) at DePaul University, with an expected graduation date in May 2024. Prior to this, they obtained a Master of Accounting (M.Acc.) from Saint Louis University. Zach also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a specialization in Accounting from the same institution. In addition, Zach has obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the Missouri State Board of Accountancy.
