Alain Bossou

Alain BOSSOU, ACXP, currently serves as Customer Experience Manager at MTN BENIN, holding prior positions as Customer Experience Projects Supervisor and Commercial Training Specialist since May 2014. Alain's experience at MTN BENIN began in October 2008, where Alain worked as a Conseiller clientèle, responsible for addressing customer concerns, providing advice for customer loyalty, and managing a team of 15 advisors.
