Denis Wambo

Denis Wambo has a diverse and extensive work experience. Denis is currently working at MTN Cameroon as the Head of Corporate Performance Management. In this role, they are responsible for ensuring the establishment of robust financial services systems and overseeing financial processes, procedures, and controls. Denis also provides cross-functional business support and decision-making. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Finance at MTN Cameroon and acted as the Chief Financial Officer for a brief period.

Before joining MTN Cameroon, Denis worked at EY Nigeria as a Senior Manager and Manager, where they gained valuable experience in the auditing and advisory field. Denis also worked as an Assistant Manager at PwC Nigeria and held a role at British Petroleum (BP) Houston, TXs.

Denis's educational background includes studying at Maharishi University of Management and starting their career as a Senior at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Cameroon.

Denis Wambo, CPA, MBA, received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Buea, Cameroon, and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of Buea. Denis went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Professional Accounting from Maharishi International University. Additionally, Denis completed the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) program offered by the Texas State Board of Public Accountants. Currently, they are enrolled in an Advanced Leadership program at Duke University for Corporate Education.
