Dimitri HAPPI has a diverse work experience in the fields of data and analytics, customer value management, business intelligence, and software engineering. Their roles have included head of data and CVM analytics, specialist CVM operations, BI and analytics lecturer, assistant manager in analytics and consulting, BI and big data analytics engineer, data warehouse and BI engineer, BI trainer, BI engineer, BI architect, software engineer, software developer, and computer network technician. Their responsibilities have included leading customer value management strategies, managing customer lifecycles, designing and implementing reports and dashboards, data modeling, data mining, data science, project management, campaign optimization, resource planning, problem-solving, technical liaison, training, technical coordination, business process analysis, system deployment, migration and configuration of business intelligence systems, and optimizing data warehouse and ETL processes.

Dimitri HAPPI obtained their Master's in Computer Engineering with a focus on Information Technology from the National Advanced School of Engineering from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they earned a DUT in Information Technology from The University Institute of Technology from 2007 to 2009. In addition to their degrees, they have obtained several certifications from Microsoft, including MCSE: Data Management and Analytics, MCSE: Business Intelligence, MCSA: SQL Server 2012/2014, and MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional.
