Waseem Haider

Waseem Haider became MTN Consulting’s Partner and Director in April 2021. He leads MTNC business activities in Europe, Middle-East and Africa (EMEA) by providing best-in-class data, insights and strategic support to network operators, technology vendors and other ecosystem suppliers in the region.

Waseem has over 15 years of experience in strategy and business, and has been specialized for the last 10 years in the TMT industry. During these years, Haider has worked both for vendors and a technology market intelligence firm. Prior to joining MTNC, he served at Volkswagen AG, Motorola Solutions, Orga Systems (now Optiva) and Dataxis.

Waseem brings hands-on expertise in strategy, market intelligence and business development. He has a wealth of international experience blended with an entrepreneurial drive and particular interests in emerging technologies and digital transformation. He has had the privilege of working with some of the most well-known technology vendors and telecom operators across Europe.

Waseem holds a MBA from Berlin School of Economics and Law, with a specialization in Strategy and Finance. An avid reader and mentor, Haider teaches Digital Transformation as a guest lecturer at HMKW University of Applied Sciences in Berlin, where he lives with his wife and two sons.
