Kavish Maharaj

Kavish Maharaj is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Customer Value Management (CVM) across various roles in leading companies. Since January 2016, Kavish has served as General Manager at MTN, following a tenure as Senior Manager in the same division. Prior to MTN, Kavish was Head of Global CVM Planning and Governance at Business Logic Systems Ltd. From May 2008 to March 2015, Kavish held multiple positions at Vodacom, culminating as Executive Head of CVM Operations and Capability. Earlier in the career, Kavish worked at Standard Bank Group as Product Manager and Campaign Co-ordinator, focusing on multichannel below-the-line (BTL) campaigns for the Lending and Credit Card divisions. Kavish holds a BCom degree from the University of Natal and an MBA from Unisa, with expertise in lending business, campaign design, segmentation, data analysis, and people management.
