Marcel Kassavi

Marcel Kassavi is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in enterprise services and billing systems. Currently serving as IT Enterprise Services Manager at MTN since February 2017, Marcel ensures the operational efficiency of enterprise services and systems in alignment with MTN Group's strategic objectives. Previously, Marcel worked as Billing and Enterprise System Supervisor at MTN Benin from October 2007, overseeing team management, project development, and system configurations. Prior roles include Billing and Database Administrator at Benin Telecoms and Software Developer Engineer at Trinity Finance. Marcel holds an Engineer's degree from Information Technologie University (CESTIA) in Ivory Coast and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Gasa Formation.
