Jessica Brassard

Jessica Brassard serves as the Director of Research Development and Communication at Michigan Technological University since January 2023. Previously, Jessica worked at the University of Michigan as a Graphic Designer focused on enhancing research proposals through compelling visuals from August 2021 to February 2023. Jessica has held various roles at Michigan Technological University, including Associate Director and Assistant Director of Research Development, where the emphasis was on supporting faculty and graduate students in acquiring external funding. Early career experience includes a Research Development Specialist role at Portage Health, along with graphic design positions at Brassard Media, Monte Consulting Company, and Eidos Group, Inc. Jessica holds a BA in Scientific and Technical Communication from Michigan Technological University.
