Wendy Derzai Minnett

Wendy Derzai Minnett is a seasoned executive in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President at MTY Food Group since February 2020. In this role, Wendy leads TacoTime Canada and Extreme Pita Canada while also holding the position of Brand Leader for both brands. Prior to this, Wendy held various leadership positions at Gateway Casinos and Entertainment Limited, overseeing brand marketing from March 2015 to February 2020, and contributed to the Donnelly Group as Director of Marketing, Sales & Business Development from September 2009 to March 2015. Wendy began a career in marketing and sales at Points West Hospitality Group from May 2006 to September 2009. Education includes a BA and BSC from the University of Toronto, along with a Diplôme de Cuisine from Le Cordon Bleu Paris, encompassing a background in General Arts, Environmental Science, and Culinary studies.
