Jithin Mohandas

Jithin Mohandas has a Master's degree in Production from Manonmaniam Sundaranar University. Jithin has worked in various roles in companies such as Mudrex, Vauld, ITRENDS TECHNOSYS PVT LTD, MERABT TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, and Orbinoz Event Planners Pvt Ltd. In their current role at Mudrex, Jithin serves as the Lead for Quality Assurance & Training in Customer Success, while also fulfilling the responsibilities of a Customer Success Manager. Jithin has expertise in managing customer interactions, CSat metrics, team quality, and handling account-related issues. Prior to this position, Jithin held roles such as Business Development Manager and different Customer Success roles across various companies.
