Taylor Masbaum

Taylor Masbaum started their work experience in 2012 as a Cashier and Floor Associate at Ulta Beauty. From there, they went on to work as a Hairstylist, Assistant, and Receptionist at Salon Coccole' from 2013 to 2018. In 2018, Taylor worked as a Medical Assistant and Receptionist at Pediatric & Young Adolescents, SC, before transitioning to a Treatment Coordinator role at Kids First Pediatric Dentistry in the same year.

In 2019, Taylor joined Northwestern Medicine as a Patient Service Representative and stayed in that role until 2021. Following that, they worked as a Discharge and Treatment Coordinator - Oral Surgery/Treatment Specialist at Crystal Lake Oral Surgery Inc from 2021 to 2022.

Currently, Taylor is working as a Business Development Representative at Mueller dotKonnect starting in 2022. Throughout their work experience, Taylor has demonstrated customer service skills, coordinated treatments, handled insurance plans, and managed administrative tasks.

Taylor Masbaum started their education journey in 2013 at Tricoci University of Beauty Culture, where they pursued a technical degree in Cosmetology, Barber/Styling, and Nail Instructor. Their time at Tricoci University lasted until 2014. Later, in 2018, Taylor enrolled at McHenry County College, where they pursued an Associate of Science in Applied Science. This program is expected to conclude in 2023. Additionally, Taylor engaged in professional development courses at Northwestern Medicine Academy, focusing on their concentration.
