Elissa Mahendra

Elissa Mahendra is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Talent Management at Cetera Financial Group since January 2014, Elissa focuses on aligning talent strategy with business goals in a high-growth private equity environment and also holds the role of Chief Talent and Inclusion Officer. Previously, Elissa was a Vice President at Northern Trust Corporation, where responsibilities included enterprise change management, organizational development, and eLearning strategy. In addition to industry roles, Elissa has contributed to academia as an adjunct professor in human resource management at Keller Graduate School of Management and DeVry University. Elissa holds an MBA in Organizational Development from North Park University and a BS in Finance and Management from the University of Illinois Chicago.
