Lorina Pennerman

Lorina Pennerman, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compliance, governance, and operations management. Currently serving as Vice President at MUFG since September 2017, Lorina leads the Data Governance program for the America's Compliance Division, ensuring alignment with regulatory mandates. Previously, Lorina held various vice president roles at Credit Suisse from 2009 to 2017, where responsibilities included developing the Americas Region Governance Framework and managing business data functions. Lorina also served as Director at Union Bank of Switzerland, overseeing securities operations, and held positions at Deltec, CIBC Wealth Management, and Ansbacher Limited, focusing on operations and client onboarding. Lorina holds a Master of Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Accounting from the University of South Florida.
